• Merceriser operated on “Buoyancy Principle”. Lower roller is floating and is completely immersed in caustic lye.
• Squeezing action between lower floating rollers and the upper fixed rollers gives uniform squeezing effect.
• Closed stabilizing tank ensures better caustic removal while fabric is stabilised.
• The machine is supplied with Heavy Squeezing Nips for impregnator, stabilizer and final wash.
• The machine is equipped with a filter and circulating pump in impregnator and in the stabilizer (Optional) for liquor circulation.
• The stabilizing zone is followed by a recuperator washing tank.
